Is it Comfortable ?

Yes! ZComfort is intentionally made with a soft flexible material and was designed by a dentist with comfort as a primary objective. 

All anti-snoring devices work by moving the lower jaw forward, and it can take some time to adjust to the sensation, but it’s worth it. 

You may notice mild, short-term soreness when you begin to use it and that’s completely normal.

1- Soak ZComfort in water of 70-80 degrees for 30 seconds to soften.

2- Put the softened ZComfort into your mouth and bite down for 30-60 seconds.

3- After shaping, soak ZComfort in cold water for about 1 minute to cool.

Once it's suitable, you can now use it comfortably.

If it is not suitable after shaping, you can repeat the operation 1-3 times.
